AI agents no longer just answer questions. They pay invoices, log in to enterprise systems and act on our behalf. So when something goes wrong, how do you prove which agent did what, and who authorized it? At GovWare 2026, that question drew crowds to our booth.
V-Key joined GovWare 2026 from 13 to 15 October at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore, alongside CloudsineAI, a V-Key company. Our team was at Booth P38 in the Singapore Pavilion, meeting security leaders from government, financial services and critical infrastructure.
One question shaped our time at the event. As AI agents start to pay, log in and act on our behalf, how do you prove which agent did what, and who authorized it?

V-Key and CloudsineAI, one booth
GovWare came shortly after V-Key announced a strategic majority investment in CloudsineAI, a Singapore-based provider of AI cybersecurity and web integrity protection.
The partnership combines V-Key’s expertise in trusted digital identity and cryptographic protection with CloudsineAI’s AI security capabilities, already used by private and public sector organizations. Together, we help organizations secure not only human users, but also the applications and AI agents that start transactions and access systems.

Live demos: Agentic Identity and V-Key ID
Visitors saw Agentic Identity in action. It gives every AI agent a verifiable identity, tied to the human who deployed it, with authorization that scales as the stakes rise.
The demo walked through an AI-assisted claims and payment flow. Low-value payments were settled by the agent automatically. Higher-value payments triggered a push request through V-Key ID, so a person had to approve before any money moved.
A second scenario showed a hidden instruction planted in a submitted document, trying to push through an unauthorized payment. CloudsineAI’s guardrails blocked it, and every action was logged.
The roles are clear. V-Key ID authenticates the person behind each agent and signs off on its authority. CloudsineAI monitors agent behaviour, flags rogue instructions and scope drift, and keeps an auditable trail.
We also demoed V-Key ID on its own. V-Key ID replaces SMS OTPs and passwords with one secure, portable digital identity that helps stop SIM swaps, phishing and account takeovers across apps. It is the same identity layer that keeps a human accountable for what an agent does.
Identity was built for humans, and agents now need their own. Organizations want agents to move fast on routine work, with a human stepping in only when the stakes are high. That balance depends on two things working together: a verified identity before an agent acts, and continuous monitoring after it does.

Thank you to everyone who visited us at Booth P38. If you missed the demo, or want to see how Agentic Identity and V-Key ID could apply to the agents already running in your environment, our team is happy to walk you through it.
